According to him, the founding fathers of America are Mao and Confucius.
There’s an important question we need to ask, here.
Are Hawaiians chinks? If not, what are they? Hmmm…
Actually, there’s another question. How the hell can this country even function when any random judge can block everything the president does for no valid reason? Who thought this was a good idea?
After having his Moslem ban blocked twice by federal Judges now, the Trump administration finally managed to get a supreme court ruling overturning these spurious actions by thinly veiled Democrat operatives. And yet, this guy (who is also responsible for blocking the first travel ban) has the nerve to ignore the supreme court decision and undermine America once again.
A federal judge on Tuesday largely blocked the Trump administration from implementing the latest version of the president’s controversial travel ban, setting up yet another legal showdown on the extent of the executive branch’s powers when it comes to setting immigration policy.
The decision from U.S. District Judge Derrick K. Watson in Hawaii is sure to be appealed, but for now, it means that the administration cannot restrict the entry of travelers from six of the eight countries that officials said were unable or unwilling to provide information that the United States wanted to vet the countries’ citizens.
At this point, I’m starting to suspect that being blocked at every turn is just part of Trump’s plan.
He knows that the entire establishment is against him. Congress won’t cooperate with his agenda. The judiciary won’t allow his orders to take effect. But we all knew that was going to happen.
There’s a very good chance that all of this is essentially theater, meant to lure all of Trump’s opponents into revealing how partisan, treasonous and incompetent they are. The purpose of this, of course, is to prepare the ground for a massive purge of all of these people from the government.
That swamp is about to get drained!
Bannon supporting anti-establishment candidates for the 2018 elections is also a part of this plan.
The thing is, the Judicial branch has a huge number of vacancies at the moment.
That’s 300 total open seats to fill.
Trump probably has a whole bunch of guys in mind to fill those seats. But unless congress is sympathetic, they’ll make it very hard for them to be approved.
I would wager that if the anti-establishment putsch is successful next year, we’re going to be seeing a whole lot of these empty seats getting filled up by sympathetic conservative judges.
The latest ban was set to go fully into effect in the early hours of Wednesday, barring various types of travelers from Syria, Libya, Iran, Yemen, Chad, Somalia, North Korea and Venezuela. Watson’s order stops it, at least temporarily, with respect to all the countries except North Korea and Venezuela.
In a 40-page decision granting the state of Hawaii’s request for a temporary restraining order nationwide, Watson wrote that the latest ban “suffers from precisely the same maladies as its predecessor.”
“Maladies” which the supreme court didn’t seem to mind when they overturned the block, though.
This guy is basically saying he knows better than the supreme court – he didn’t even try to find a new justification for his block order.
Isn’t there a way to fire this retard?
Watson also wrote that the executive order “plainly discriminates based on nationality” in a way that is opposed to federal law and “the founding principles of this Nation.”
TFW you create a White nationalist country, and 200 years later an island savage rules that it’s illegal to keep out Moslem terrorists.
The “founding principles of this nation,” which were established by White male slave owners, are that this is a land where White people can live free and in peace, away from people like Derrick Watson.
And those principles are going to get restored sooner than you think, Derrick. Mark my word.
