Being a service worker in a Black area is one of the most dangerous jobs in the country.

Even working with nuclear or biological material is safer, since you’re given proper safety equipment on site.

It’s getting so bad that soon restaurants will need to give their delivery drivers handguns and body armor.

Tennessean:

Two men are in custody in connection with last year’s fatal shooting of a pizza delivery driver in Nashville, Metro police announced Tuesday.

A grand jury indictment has been issued charging Michael Branch Jr., 27, and Marrino Seay, 29, with first-degree murder and especially aggravated robbery. They are accused of killing 40-year-old Doniyor Abdumadjidov, who worked for New York Pizza.

An investigation by North Precinct Detective Gary Shannon led to the identification of Branch and Seay as being involved in the fatal Aug. 25, 2017 shooting. Police said a wounded Abdumadjidov was found by a passerby just after 1 a.m.
