UK and Egypt Tell Airlines to Avoid Iranian and Lebanese Airspace as Israel Ups the Ante

Not a good sign.

Reuters:

Britain and Egypt asked their airlines on Wednesday to avoid Iranian and Lebanese airspace amid growing fears of a possible broader conflict in the region after the killing of senior members of militant groups Hamas and Hezbollah.

Britain’s advisory to its airlines to avoid Lebanon’s airspace came hours after Egypt instructed all of its airlines to avoid Iran’s airspace for three hours in the early morning on Thursday.

Many airlines globally are revising their schedules to avoid Iranian and Lebanese airspace while also calling off flights to Israel and Lebanon.

This generally means that war is imminent.

Just a refresher: the purpose of allowing October 7th to happen was to drag the US into a war with Iran. Israel first started with the atrocities in Gaza, which caused Hezbollah to attack. Now they’re going to attack Lebanon, which will cause Iran to join in, then they’re going to go screaming to the US to help them fight Iran.

The US State Department has made it clear that whenever Israel starts a war, the US military will support them.

Glenn Greenwald had the clips of the State Department spokesman (Jewish) saying that the US doesn’t care if Israel starts the war for no reason, the US will fight for them.

Glenn does my “who the hell is making these decisions?” bit. I don’t even think he stole that from me (although a lot of people did). It’s sort of an obvious analysis, because it is clear that no one in the US government agrees with Israel, and yet they are agreeing to go along with whatever wars.

If you can’t stand Glenn’s gay voice, I don’t know. Fast forward to the clip. I can’t find that specific clip on Twitter.
