UK: Elderly Man Assaulted by Black in Unprovoked Attack

Hey, he looks just like all the other ‘random’ and ‘unprovoked’ attackers.

British Transport Police (BTP) is appealing for the public’s help to identify a man they would like to speak to in connection with an assault at Birmingham Moor Street railway station.

Officers have today released a CCTV image of a man they believe will have information which can assist the investigation into the incident which took place at about 7.40am on Monday, 20 January 2014.

PC Gemma Middleton, investigating officer, said: “The victim, a 65-year-old man from Birmingham, was approached by a man who assaulted him in an apparently unprovoked attack.

“Enquiries have been ongoing to trace the man responsible for the assault but to no avail so far.”

And these people sat in Moor Street station look just like the usual victims!

Officers are now appealing for anyone who knows the identity of the man in this photograph to come forward and contact BTP straight away as it is believed he will have key information about this incident.
