UK: Man Stabbed in the Back by Oriental at Traditional May Day Celebration

A man was stabbed in the back at a May Day bank holiday celebration.

The 22-year-old man was attacked during the Jack in the Green event in Hastings on Monday at 3pm near the West Hill Cafe.

The victim suffered a small punch wound to his back after a man came up and pushed him over and he was treated by an ambulance crew at the scene.

The man told police he did not know who the attacker was but police are now looking for one suspect who is described as an oriental man who was smartly dressed.
