Sajid Javid is planning a major relaxation of immigration laws before Brexit and will ease a cap on foreign medics working in the UK to allow the NHS to recruit more staff.
The new Home Secretary will remove doctors and nurses from the annual 20,700 ‘tier 2’ visa limit on non-EU workers.
Other employers will be able to recruit an extra 8,000 skilled migrants a year, including IT experts, engineers and teachers, effectively raising the cap by 40 per cent.

Basically, this means that more and more Britons – even those living in small white towns – will end up having their prostates examined by people who consider their hands an acceptable substitute for toilet paper.

In a letter to the Prime Minister, Mr Javid is understood to have warned that an increase in the number of doctors recruited from outside the EU has meant the cap for all skilled workers – which is set at 20,700 people a year – has been breached in every month since December.
For some Hebrew reason, the notion of simply training more British doctors and nurses never seems to enter the equation with these “the NHS needs more foreign staff” discussions. Oh, it’ll be brought up once or twice in passing, presumably to placate the restless goyim, but it is never a serious card on the table.
