You wanted to wage war on the government. I hope you’re prepared for what comes next.
The left has been ramping up their hysterical attacks against normal people in the past few weeks. The media is finding randos and getting them fired and life-ruined. Run-the-mill Democrats are harassing Trump supporters and refusing them business. Antifa terrorists are assaulting normie patriots.
It’s an all-out attack directed squarely at White America.
There’s just one thing they haven’t taken into consideration tho.
Republicans currently control all three branches of government.
Whoops. Maybe pissing off those in power might have negative consequences?
Congress has introduced a new bill explicitly designated as targeting antifa with steep sentences, for operating under their standard MO.
To amend title 18, United States Code, to provide penalty enhancements for committing certain offenses while in disguise, and for other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.
This Act may be cited as the “Unmasking Antifa Act of 2018”.
SEC. 2. INTERFERENCE WITH PROTECTED RIGHTS WHILE IN DISGUISE.
(a) In General.–Chapter 13 of title 18, United States Code, is amended by inserting after section 249 the following:
“Sec. 250. Interference with protected rights while in disguise
“(a) In General.–Whoever, whether or not acting under color of law, while in disguise, including while wearing a mask, injures, oppresses, threatens, or intimidates any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District in the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured to him by the Constitution or laws of the United States, or because of his having so exercised the same, shall be fined under this title, imprisoned not more than 15 years, or both.
Wew.
Up to 15 years in jail for wearing a mask and interfering with people’s constitutional rights. This is an obvious allusion to antifa preventing conservatives from speaking in public.
Needless to say, the faggots are not amused.
Notably, there is not even a pretense that said bill is intended to be applied neutrally. If you follow the link, its authors refer to it as the "Unmasking Antifa Act of 2018." https://t.co/HkMWXDR8WJ

NY Rep. Donovan introduced H.R.6054, Unmasking Antifa Act of 2018, which makes using masks during political activity a criminal act, punishable by a fine or up to 15 years in prison (with an additional 2 years if property is damaged while masked)

This is not a uniquely Republican response, though. Last year, Berkeley Mayor @JesseArreguin flirted with the idea of classifying and treating “antifa” as a gang https://t.co/4Hjj0XBmCA

This legislation is a part of coordinated state efforts to criminalize, suppress, and deter political dissent & resistance, like the #OccupyICE movement across the country.

Mmmmmh… Those delicious tears…
“(b) Rule of Construction.–Nothing in this section shall be construed so as to deter any law enforcement officer from lawfully carrying out the duties of his office; and no law enforcement officer shall be considered to be in violation of this section for lawfully carrying out the duties of his office or lawfully enforcing ordinances and laws of the United States, the District of Columbia, any of the several States, or any political subdivision of a State. For purposes of the preceding sentence, the term `law enforcement officer’ means any officer of the United States, the District of Columbia, a State, or political subdivision of a State, who is empowered by law to conduct investigations of, or make arrests because of, offenses against the United States, the District of Columbia, a State, or a political subdivision of a State.”.
(b) Clerical Amendment.–The table of sections for chapter 13 of title 18, United States Code, is amended by inserting after the item related to section 249 the following:
“250. Interference with protected rights while in disguise.”.
SEC. 3. DESTROYING BUILDINGS OR PROPERTY WITHIN SPECIAL MARITIME AND TERRITORIAL JURISDICTION WHILE IN DISGUISE.
Section 1363 of title 18, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following:
“Whoever, during the commission of an offense under this section, wears a disguise, including a mask, shall, in addition to any term of imprisonment otherwise imposed under this section, be imprisoned for 2 years.”.
Ouch. The antifa’s favorite past-time, destroying government property, is also targeted by the bill.
Make trashcans safe again!
Now, let’s be clear: everything the antifa do is already illegal. The police just aren’t enforcing the law. So in principle, even if it’s passed into law, this new bill doesn’t really change anything.
Except maybe the trashcan thing, I dunno.
However, a new, highly publicized law targeting antifa is definitely going to bring pressure on local and federal police to stop taking it easy on these terrorists. It’s a signal from the top that this policy of toleration is coming to an end.
This extreme push against normie Republicans was not well thought out. It essentially accomplishes nothing for our enemies, but gives us a lot of ammunition to start cracking down on our enemies. If the situation continues to deteriorate, it’ll be entirely justified to declare martial law – which means that Trump would lawfully become a dictator.
Which is what we’re all waiting for, in the first place.
Keep pushing, faggots, see where that gets you.
