Globalism was not my idea. I don’t think it was a good idea.
But it’s here now. It’s dug in.
If you wanted to stop globalism, you’d need to bring factories back to the United States, and no company is going to tolerate that, because they’ve built their businesses on cheap manufacturing.
Therefore, all these tariffs mean is that factories in China get moved to third world countries that the US likes.
It’s really a big hoax. This is an act of war against China, and they claim it is for the benefit of the American people.

Washington has finalized tariff hikes on billions of dollars’ worth of Chinese imports, US trade representative Katherine Tai announced on Friday. The new levies will notably affect goods such as electric vehicles and semiconductors.
The tariff hikes were first announced by the White House in May of this year, but the administration of President Joe Biden said that it has since been working on finalizing the rates and setting the dates for the measures to take effect based on feedback from the American public.
According to the final document, which is dated September 12, the duties will rise to 100% on electric vehicles, 50% on solar cells, and 25% on electric vehicle batteries, steel, aluminum, face masks and some other products beginning September 27. A 50% tariff hike on semiconductors is set to take effect starting next year. The levies on a number of other products, such as non-electrical vehicle batteries, medical gloves, and permanent magnets, will be raised gradually over the next two years.
“Today’s finalized tariff increases will target the harmful policies and practices of the People’s Republic of China that continue to impact American workers and businesses,” Tai said in the press release. She reiterated that the measures are aimed at defending “American workers and businesses in the face of unfair trade practices.”
US officials have repeatedly labeled China as America’s top “competitor,” and have been tightening economic restrictions against the country since 2018, courtesy of then-President Donald Trump. Biden has continued in this vein, despite Beijing’s repeated warnings that China will respond in kind.
Well, Trump said the entire purpose was to move manufacturing back to the United States, and that never happened. Instead, the factories moved to Vietnam, Mexico, and elsewhere. It has no benefit to Americans, and in fact, prices are raised on Americans to pay for moving these factories.
Americans are also being locked out of low-cost, high quality products from China which would make their lives easier. Imagine if you could buy a brand new car for $10,000. That’s what the Chinese are offering. They are offering phones that are better than an iPhone for less than half the price. The US government – the same US government that moved all of our manufacturing to China under the premise that we would get better prices – is preventing us from accessing these goods, because they want to destroy China for some reason.
It’s not even clear why they want to destroy China. China has kept up their end of the bargain and has delivered the low-cost products. Apparently, America thought China was going to go full-anal by now, and when China didn’t go full-anal, they altered the deal. But it is the American peasants that are paying the cost.
Both parties agree on this policy. Trump says it’s about bringing back manufacturing, though he never did that. The Democrats openly admit it’s about gay sex. But the Chinese still aren’t doing gay sex, so that isn’t working either.
Just give us the high quality goods at reasonable prices, Jews.
