Whoops!
The U.S. military said Saturday coalition forces halted an airstrike in progress in Syria against the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria, after being informed by Russian officials it may have hit Syria’s military forces instead.
The airstrike took place south of Deir Ezzor, Syria earlier Saturday, U.S. Central Command said in a statement.
“Coalition forces believed they were striking a Da’esh fighting position that they had been tracking for a significant amount of time before the strike,” Centcom said. “The coalition airstrike was halted immediately when coalition officials were informed by Russian officials that it was possible the personnel and vehicles targeted were part of the Syrian military.”
If confirmed, the strikes would be the first time the U.S.-led coalition has struck the Syrian regime’s forces. Currently, the U.S. does not have the authority to strike the regime and a Centcom official said if confirmed, it was not intentional.
They don’t even have authority to be in the country at all, which the media never, ever, ever states.
It’s illegal under international law. Assad has said repeatedly that he doesn’t want them there and that they’re not really bombing ISIS.
If it was not for the US creating ISIS, creating all of this other insanity in the Middle East, there wouldn’t even be a war in Syria. This whole situation is completely transparent, but the ZOG government of America relies on the tiredness of the American people, who are just sick of hearing about all this nonsense, in order to get away with their scam.
