Police in Colonial Heights have charged two adults and one juvenile after an investigation into a viral video where one person was knocked out.
Martin Thomas Short III, 19, and James Quincy Davis, 18, have been charged with assault and battery and trespassing. Davis also faces a disorderly conduct charge.
A 17-year-old juvenile has also been charged with assault and battery, trespassing and disorderly conduct.
