Virginia is is seeking to give private citizens the right to refuse to do business with homosexualist perverts.
Bob Marshall, a delegate from the state’s 13th District, in the Washington, D.C., suburbs, introduced a bill last month that would make it legal for business owners to refuse service on the basis of their religious opposition to gay marriage and what the bill describes as “homosexual behavior.”
Marshall has tried (and failed) to get gay people excluded from the state’s National Guard, and in 2012 he led an effort to block a judge’s appointment on the grounds that the nominee was gay, saying that “sodomy is not a civil right.”
The bill proposes that anyone with a religious or moral objection to “same-sex ‘marriage’ or homosexual behavior” seeking a business license from the state of Virginia will not have to “perform, assist, consent to, or participate in any action or refrain from performing, assisting, consenting to, or participating in any action” that would “violate” that religious or moral conviction.
Now Marshall wants to make it so that if a Virginia barber doesn’t want to cut a gay person’s hair, it would be totally fine. It would also be legal for a doctor to refuse to treat a lesbian patient because she’s in a same-sex relationship. Businesses could put up signs prohibiting gay customers, and college professors would be allowed to refuse to teach gay students, according to Greg Nevins, a lawyer for the LGBT rights organization Lambda Legal, who fought Virginia’s same-sex marriage ban last year.
What the media isn’t bothering to mention is that if Virginia did get this passed, the Federal government would step in and override them, because not wanting to do business with men who literally stick their penises in the buttholes of other men – that is what it means when you hear about “gay” people – is completely banned in America.
Conversely, any business – PayPal, for instance – is allowed to refuse service to Andrew Anglin because his political views are considered distasteful. If someone can be born with an unquenchable thirst for other men’s buttholes, why is it that I couldn’t have been born a Nazi, with an unquenchable thirst for mocking Jews on the internet? How can we be born with certain hardwired behavior patterns, while others are an immoral decision? And how is it that these things we are born with only line up with a very specific political agenda to destroy traditional Western civilization?
And hey, here’s something fun to think about: it is only a matter of time before it will also be a federal crime to actively discriminate against people who openly declare to the world a desire to engage in sex acts with children. Because again, they were born like that and can’t help it. But if you are White and believe your race has a right to continue to exist, it is because you have made the decision to be actively evil.
This is all so dumb man, it makes me sick. Not even talking about the morality here now: it is just so infuriatingly stupid, the whole system being forced down our throats.
