Since Wakandans are benevolent and peaceful in nature, this was an honest mistake. The Wakandan even apologized!
Evil Whitey could never accept an apology because he feels inferior due to the advanced technology that hit him.
When former Orlando Police Officer William Anderson crosses a street with his 4-year-old daughter, Abby, she puts her hand up to cars and asks them not to hit her daddy, he said Thursday.
Since 17-year-old Edward Earl Kelty III hit him with a car during a traffic stop July 13, 2015, his life has been consumed by hospital visits and pain, Anderson said.
Kelty, now 20, was sentenced to 18 years in prison followed by 12 years of probation Thursday. He had pleaded no contest to battery on a law-enforcement officer resulting in great bodily harm.
“I am not the same person I was on July 12, 2015, when I was playing with my daughter and nephew in the driveway of my home,” Anderson said.
Kelty read a letter apologizing to Anderson, and both his parents testified that their son had never been in trouble before.
“I am apologizing because I really mean it, not just apologizing to get out of trouble,” Kelty said. “… I can’t change what happened that night, but I do want to change my future.”
Anderson was in uniform working an off-duty shift at a McDonald’s on Kirkman Road when he heard gunshots coming from the Waffle House parking lot up the street, he said. He turned on the emergency lights on his patrol car and tried to pull over Kelty, driving quickly to get away from the scene.
Kelty said he was inside the Waffle House when the shots rang out and did not know who fired them, though at least one of his friends in the parking lot had a gun.
Anderson pulled up behind Kelty and got out of his car with his gun drawn, video from his dash camera shows. He moved toward the driver’s side window, yelling at Kelty to put the car in park.
The rest of the incident happened quickly: A friend in Kelty’s front passenger seat opened the door and ran away. Another friend in the back seat, Angel Nieves, opened his door as well. The car lurched forward, and Anderson fired at Kelty — two or three shots, he said, one of which hit Kelty’s arm.
Kelty made a left turn. The video, filmed from behind Kelty’s car, does not show exactly how Anderson was struck, but it does show him falling forward and rolling onto the pavement as Kelty drove away.
