Warrants have been issued for five people in connection to a deadly home invasion that took place on August 6, along Summecrest Lane in Duluth.
Police believe that six people were involved in the home invasion that killed 37-year-old Adam Schrier, Jamie Smith, 31, and injured a woman and an 8-year-old.
Pierre Cedric Scott was arrested on Tuesday.
According to reports, charges for the sixth person will be sought through an indictment.
Police have warrants for Brian Brewner, Devon Jenkins, Pierre Scott, James Stokes and Jonathan Pichardo. Most of the warrants are for felony murder and robbery. Jenkins has warrants for malice murder, felony murder, aggravated assault and armed robbery.
Police say they are confident they will find the suspects.
The crime is believed to have been motivated by involvement in illegal narcotics.
