But honest Jews who were Holocausted told me that only Whites ever kill Blacks!
A Manchester police detective testified on Friday that the gun used to fatally shoot Michael Pittman Nov. 3 did not have any identifiable fingerprints. But Detective Patrick Houghton said contact DNA testing is being done.
Houghton testified at a hearing in 9th Circuit Court-Manchester District Division, after which Judge William Lyons has to decide if there is probable cause to bind Michael Younge, 25, over to the Hillsborough County Superior Court North.
The New Hampshire Attorney General’s Office and Manchester police Chief Nick Willard also announced on Friday evening that a second man was arrested in connection with Pittman’s murder.Adrien Stillwell, 21, has been charged with conspiracy to commit murder in connection with the Nov. 3 shooting of Pittman.
Stillwell is scheduled for arraignment Monday in 9th Circuit Court-Manchester District Division on the murder conspiracy charge.
At the hearing for Younge, continued from Tuesday, defense attorney Kimberly Kossick sought to discredit an unnamed witness who police say identified Younge as the man who fatally shot Pittman, 37, outside his Granite Street residence on Nov. 3.
Houghton said the key witness described three men approaching the scene, with one detaching from the group and entering the passageway where Pittman was working on his wife’s vehicle.
Houghton said the witness saw the man raising his right arm and saw a muzzle flash. He did not see the gun, or the man’s face, but Houghton said his description of the shooter and his clothing matches Younge.
Lyons took the issue under advisement after a two-hour hearing at which Houghton was the New Hampshire Attorney General’s only witness.
