What the Hell is a Polar Vortex?

Seriously, I don’t know what it is.

I spent like two hours reading about it, and I feel like I now know even less about it.

All I know is that it is a spiral, which has for some reason wobbled, and that these lying Jew scientists are claiming it is because there is less polar ice, even though polar ice expanded this year.

Does this vortex have something to do with inter-dimensional travel? Something like a Stargate?

Are we being invaded by reptilians?
