olice say a 16-year-old girl has been found safe after she was kidnapped at gunpoint from a Knoxville apartment.
An Amber Alert was issued Thursday for Harlea Hunter Webster. Knoxville Police said on Facebook that officers responded to a robbery report at the apartment about 1:50 a.m. Police said a man entered the apartment, demanding money, and then grabbed Harlea and forced her out of the apartment at gunpoint.
