The Black thug in uniform suddenly started attacking the White homeless man.

Talk about unwelcoming.

Shocking video captures a downtown “ambassador” in hippie-haven Berkeley, Calif., viciously beat a homeless man during an alleyway confrontation.

Two of the Downtown Berkeley Association ambassadors, wearing eye-catching green neon shirts and caps, confronted two young men March 19 about their belongings being kept by a dumpster behind a CVS at Shattuck Ave. and Bancroft Way, according to the San Francisco Chronicle.

The fisticuffs initially ended with the homeless men, 23-year-old Nathan Swor and 29-year-old James Cocklereese, being booked on a variety of charges. But after police and the nonprofit DBA saw the video, released Thursday, ambassador Jeffrey Bailey has been fired and his colleague, Carmen Francois, suspended.

“As CEO of the Downtown Berkeley Association, I want to personally, and on the behalf of the DBA board and staff, apologize to the victim of this beating, and the entire Berkeley community,” John Caner said in a statement obtained by the Chronicle.

At first the homeless men were arrested, but they were freed after the video came to light.

The expletive-laden, three-and-a-half-minute video begins with one of the homeless men yelling at Bailey as he asks them to pick up their things, which includes a wheeled car of some sort, a bicycle and a dog.

“Get the f— back from my s—!” yells the man, gesturing frantically.
