Two men were charged Tuesday in the shooting death of 26-year-old Rickey Daniel Baker as he walked to the bus on the way to work last Thursday.
Maurice Jaquwan Miller, 18, and Shykiem Universal Smith, 18, were taken into custody Tuesday, one day after Richland County authorities released surveillance video footage of a gold 2005 or 2006 Chevrolet Trailblazer. The occupants of the vehicle were believed to have information regarding the shooting, Richland County Sheriff Leon Lott said.
