A Swedish tourist’s trip to the Big Apple ended in bloodshed when a deranged man slashed her on the subway in the middle of rush hour, police said.
Don Carter, a 32-year-old Brooklyn man with 50 prior arrests, was nabbed Tuesday evening in the attack, sources said.
Katerina Stanisz, 29, was heading to Kennedy Airport with her dad to catch a flight home when Carter sliced her on the neck with a sharp object at 5:20 p.m. Monday, then ran off the train in Brooklyn, according to cops.
