A Las Vegas woman was shot to death in her driveway after coming home while her house was being burglarized. Her husband, who’s in a wheelchair, was still in the car and had to witness his wife’s murder.
It happened around 3:30 p.m. Wednesday afternoon near Torrey Pines and Smoke Ranch in the northwest part of the valley.
Metro said the couple went to lunch. When they returned, there was a vehicle they didn’t recognize in their driveway. She got out of the car, and at that moment, two men ran out of their house and shot and killed her.
