Montgomery County police say they have made an arrest in the death of a 95-year-old man who was found dead at his Colesville retirement home on Tuesday.
Police say they arrested 60-year-old Eric S. Dyson late Tuesday night. Charges have been filed against Dyson for first-degree murder, card theft, identity theft, unauthorized removal of property and other offenses.

A source told WUSA9’s Bruce Leshan that the death of Dan Long Belvin, a retired Naval officer, was being investigated as a murder. Police say Belvin suffered trauma to the upper body.
Police say that a concerned friend called because he or she had not heard from the victim. The building property manager of the apartment in the 500 block or Randolph Road went to check the apartment at 12:30 p.m. Monday, and found the victim dead. The manager then called 9-1-1.
Officers who arrived at the scene found the circumstances suspicious.
Neighbors told Bruce Leshan that the victim was a World War Two pilot who loved baseball and his little Sheltie dog.
“He had a little pooch,” said neighbor Janice. “His pooch died, and I thought, well maybe he died to. But come to find out there is more to it.”
