The singular reason that President Trump would pose for a photo-op with the guy in charge of the slaughter of drug dealers in the Philippines would be to signal to the Alt-Right.
Actually, no. The other reason would be to give a “fuck you” to the entire “human rights democracy” industrial complex. Which is as good as a signal to the Alt-Right.

Philippine National Police (PNP) chief Director General Ronald dela Rosa was all smiles as he posed beside United States President Donald Trump on the sidelines of the 31st Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) Summit and Related Summits being held in Manila.
On his Facebook page, Dela Rosa posted about his meeting with the American president, teasing the public about their chit-chat.
“The rest of his statement is classified. Kayo na ang magdugtong (You fill in the blanks),” he said in a post.
The police chief did the “Duterte fist pump” while Trump, who had earlier been cautioned about using the gesture, flashed a thumbs-up instead – a hand gesture he usually does.
The Duterte Fist is a sign of killing drug dealers.
I’m not sure if Trump didn’t want to make that gesture – as he is endorsing it anyway by making a point to pose with the police chief (how many other nation’s police chiefs has he posed with?) – but rather just instinctively did the thumbs up as that is his signature hand gesture.
Earlier, Trump laughed as Duterte told a reporter to shut up and called them spies.
They are spies. Every one of them, in some capacity, is linked to the global Jewish intelligence apparatus. Straight-up.
Now is the time for Duterism to be implemented in the US and across the world.
