Getting into a fight with one pavement ape is dangerous enough, but three?
That’s just suicidal.
A sudden fight led to a man stabbing Dylan Kenney to death south of downtown early Sunday, authorities said.
Caleb Bealer, 27, and Denzel Gaines, 26, were charged Thursday as accessories to the stabbing.
Ryan Jones-Kellogg, 30, is accused of stabbing Kenney multiple times. He is being held on suspicion of second-degree murder at the Douglas County Jail. He is expected to make his first court appearance Friday.
Prosecutor Anthony Clowe said video evidence showed that a fight broke out near 13th and Center Streets between the men, which led to Jones-Kellogg stabbing 25-year-old Kenney.
…
Gaines was uncooperative with police officers, Clowe said, and lied to police until he was shown a video of the fight. He then made “some admissions” about his involvement, Clowe said.
