Is it any wonder YouTube’s staff is “accidentally” disabling even moderate right-wing accounts, if they have hardcore anti-White hiring policies?
It looks like it’s damn near impossible to get through that front door unless you’re some kind of negro carpet-munching bulldyke.
Pretty much every HR department in major corporations will have similar hiring practices, but typically tech companies will let in a few Asian and White men to actually do the work. Increasingly, it seems like Google is trying to find some new method of operating a technology business without any actual skilled engineers.
I got that feeling initially when hearing about how Google was designing its own language, Golang, with a stated purpose of being “easier” to work with, especially in large teams of “entry-level” programmers. In other words, they’re developing new technologies to allow swarms of retard-tier Indians to do the work of White engineers.
Primary benefit: high IQ and discipline not required. Also: grammar mistake in the opening slide of this presentation, smdh. Yes, an Indian is responsible.
So stories like this aren’t especially surprising.
YouTube will likely incur the wrath of people who think diversity is a four-letter word in the wake of a lawsuit that accuses the streaming giant of limiting its hiring of white and Asian men as a way to ensure more diversity.
The Wall Street Journal writes that Google-owned YouTube is being sued by former employee (and white male) Arne Wilberg because of its diversity-oriented hiring practices. “Last spring, YouTube recruiters were allegedly instructed to cancel interviews with applicants who weren’t female, black or Hispanic,” the Journal reports, “and to ‘purge entirely’ the applications of people who didn’t fit those categories.”

Google strongly rejected the charge while also defending its attempts to build a diverse workforce. “We have a clear policy to hire candidates based on their merit, not their identity,” a Google spokesperson told the Journal in a statement. “At the same time, we unapologetically try to find a diverse pool of qualified candidates for open roles, as this helps us hire the best people, improve our culture, and build better products.”
In other words, “we’re definitely not guilty of whatever this lawsuit alleges, but we totally believe in discriminating against White males.”
Scumbag Google strikes again.
In his suit, Wilberg claims he was fired for retaliation because of complaints that he was being discriminated against because of his race and gender. This despite the countless white males who work for the tech giant. The legal action comes amid claims made by former Google employee James Damore that he was fired for penning an anti-diversity memo that stirred up a firestorm of controversy.

Really? Hmmmm….
Somehow, I’m not so sure about that.
Frankly, I think this whole mess is a combination of two factors. On one hand, the Google administration wants to reduce their dependency on a few highly compentent White and (to a lesser extent) Asian males, and instead have a more manageable army of low skilled laborers. On the other, the company’s staff has been taken over by insane SJW activists who couldn’t care less about Google’s bottom line, and the higher ups are afraid to go against them. This was suggested by some tech experts during the Damore fiasco.
It’s really a wonder that the company can even operate at this rate. But judging by the state of YouTube, things might be at the point where they start to deteriorate quickly from here on out.
