Ancestral Wisdom: The Water Lilies Diet for Weight Loss and Fertility

America has to stop being so greedy and allow the Black Lives Matter movement to expand further. It has to reach Africa and stop internalized whiteness and other remnants of colonialism there, before it’s too late.

Amnesty International:

As part of nearly five years of armed conflict, South Sudanese government forces and allied militias carried out an offensive in Leer and Mayendit counties, Unity state, beginning in mid-April 2018. For more than two months, they attacked villages, deliberately killed civilians, abducted and gang-raped women, and engaged in widespread looting and destruction. Since the conflict started in December 2013, civilians in the area suffered through two previous offensives as well as the world’s only famine in recent years.

White people caused the world’s only famine in recent years through a butterfly effect that dates back to Cleopatra. The effects are clear now, and one can’t turn a blind eye to them.

While Americans rejoice in obesity, eating all the food that they stole from People of Planet Color, dae black beeboops suffer a famine.

Keep that in mind the next time someone badmouths affirmative action.

According to UN estimates, in the latest offensive 232 civilians were killed, at least 120 women and girls were raped and gang-raped, and 21 locations were burnt and pillaged. In all, more than 31,000 people were displaced in a matter of weeks. This comes on top of the more than 10,000 killed and thousands raped or abducted in Unity State since 2014. It mirrors the staggering brutality meted out across South Sudan as a whole.

We have to stop seeing things through white lenses. The brave freedom warriors there are just undocumented sexual partners, they just had a bit of unauthorized carnal presence in those girls. It’s no different than any other person crossing a border without racist bureaucrats giving them authorization.

Once the hymen is gone, entering is no different than crossing an invisible border. The barrier is imaginary.

“We spent all of May and June in the swamp …. Families made big floating platforms out of reeds for people to live on …. My platform had 10 people: my mother, mother-in-law, me, my sister, my baby, my sister’s two kids, and my three brothers …. We survived on water lilies.

The only source of nourishment for many displaced people was the edible parts of water lilies, which would be ground into a paste and cooked, or eaten raw. People from Leer and Mayendit were just beginning to recover from the famine declared in South Sudan in 2017.

African inventiveness once again trumps over the evils of whiteness. This time, they not only won the fight against famine, but they also refined a diet that could benefit approximately six gorillions.

The water lilies diet.

One might wonder about the dangers of such an odd proposition, but the size of the family quoted above speaks for itself. Water Lilies not only aid weight-loss efforts, they also promote health and fertility.

Do they eat anything other than water lilies?

This is what a big proponent of the Water Lilies Diet has to say about his eating habits:

No. No, I eat water lilies and salt and water. That’s it. And I never cheat. Ever. Not even a little bit.

Jordan Jamalson was an early adopter of the Water Lilies Diet.

Who said blacks never invented anything? They’re revolutionizing the fitness world with the Water Lilies Diet, and thousands already enjoy the weight-loss benefits of it.

Survival IQ:

Description: These plants have large, triangular leaves that float on the water’s surface, large, fragrant flowers that are usually white, or red, and thick, fleshy rhizomes that grow in the mud.

Habitat and Distribution: Water lilies are found throughout much of the temperate and subtropical regions.

Edible Parts: The flowers, seeds, and rhizomes are edible raw or cooked. To prepare rhizomes for eating, peel off the corky rind. Eat raw, or slice thinly, allow to dry, and then grind into flour. Dry, parch, and grind the seeds into flour.

Other Uses: Use the liquid resulting from boiling the thickened root in water as a medicine for diarrhea and as a gargle for sore throats.

What are you waiting for? Join the revolution.

Amnesty International visited Unity State in early 2016 and documented violations during a previous military offensive on southern areas of the state, including Leer county.

Following that visit, the organization identified four individuals suspected of responsibility for war crimes and crimes against humanity and called on South Sudan’s military chief-of-staff to investigate them. There was no response. Recent UN reports have suggested that some of these individuals may also have been involved in the atrocities committed during the 2018 offensive.

From the 2016 report:

In August 2015, after more than 20 months of intermittent negotiations, South Sudan’s warring parties finally agreed to the terms of a peace agreement—the Agreement on the Resolution of the Crisis in South Sudan (ARCSS). Despite this agreement, fighting continued in several parts of the country, and along with it a number of violations of international humanitarian law including murder and/or directing an attack against the civilian population or an individual civilian, sexual violence, slavery and sexual slavery, and destruction of civilian property, including food and other items needed for survival. This report describes events in Leer county, Unity state, between August and December 2015, where government forces violated their obligations under international humanitarian and human rights law.

Slavery?!

When did whites join the Sudan militia?

This colonialism has to stop.

Enough is enough.

The only way to break this vicious cycle is to end the impunity enjoyed by South Sudanese fighters on all sides. The government must ensure that civilians are protected that those responsible for such heinous crimes are held to account.

Amnesty International is urging South Sudan’s government to end all the abuses and to establish the Hybrid Court, which has been in limbo since 2015. The government must immediately sign the Memorandum of Understanding on the Hybrid Court, adopt the statute and ensure that the court becomes rapidly operational.

Little did Amnesty know, the Government was behind all of it.

…and behind the Government…
