McDonald’s has always been a magnet for blacks and browns.

As such, I would not recommend visiting such an establishment at night unless you’re very, very hungry.

MassLive:

A suspect in the fatal shooting last weekend of Amherst resident Andrew Musgrave was arrested Thursday evening in Philadelphia, according to the office of Hampden District Attorney Anthony Gulluni.

Dennis Guzman, 19, was taken into custody in North Philadelphia by members of the U.S. Marshals Service and Philadelphia detectives. He is charged with being a fugitive from justice.

Guzman is named by Holyoke police as a suspect in the shooting death of Musgrave, 31. Musgrave was shot at 11:30 p.m. Saturday in the area of the McDonald’s restaurant at 285 Maple St. He later died at Baystate Medical Center in Springfield.

The warrant issued by Holyoke charges him with murder, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and unlawful possession of a firearm.

Since he was named as a suspect, Holyoke police, the state police Violent Fugitive Apprehension Section, state police detectives assigned to Guilluni’s office and the Massachusetts Special Tactical Operations Team have been searching for him.

He is being held in Philadelphia pending a rendition hearing before a judge, which will determine when he can be brought back to Massachusetts to stand trial. According to Gulluni’s office, this could take several days.
