Two people have been arrested in connection to a missing person in Wright County.
Officials say 25-year-old Christopher Rossing has not been seen or heard from since Friday, Aug. 22.
On Wednesday, Sept. 10, deputies arrested 28-year-old Robert Otis Nuttall of Hutchinson on kidnapping charges. Thirty-two-year-old Gwen Maria Butcher of Hutchinson was then arrested Friday, Sept. 12, on felony obstruction charges. Both were connected to Rossing’s disappearance, officials say.
According to the investigation, Rossing was involved in some sort of physical altercation with Nuttall along Highway 12 in the city of Howard Lake before his disappearance. Anyone who witnessed the altercation or has information about the case is asked to call the Wright County Sheriff’s Office at 763-682-7637.
Rossing still has not been located, and it’s still an active investigation.
