Little Rock Police have announced the arrest of a man accused of opening fire on seven women in December.
Lt. Sidney Allen said Jamie Olatreece Clayton, 20, of Little Rock, met with police at a prearranged location around 6 p.m. Sunday. He has been charged with 12 counts of Terroristic Acts, one count of Possession of Firearms by Certain Persons, one count of Second-Degree Battery, and two counts of Aggravated Assault.
Clayton is said to be the driver who began shooting at seven women in a yard on 25th Street and Lewis St.
Three others have also been arrested in connection to the shooting, and Clayton is now in police custody at the Pulaski County Detention Center.
