A registered nurse in Wyckoff was arrested after he allegedly sexually assaulted a victim who was mentally and physically incapacitated, police said Friday.
Radcliffe Rose, 51, was arrested on Thursday after an investigation by the Wyckoff Police Department and Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office revealed he engaged in sexual conduct with the victim, the prosecutor’s office said in a statement. Police conducted the investigation on Wednesday. It’s not known what the relationship was between Rose and the victim.
Rose, a Maywood resident, was issued his nursing license in May 2014, state records show. As of Friday, his license, which expires in May 2018, was still active. He previously received a pharmacy technician license in November 2008, but expired in August 2010. It was never renewed.
