Jogger-American Former President Barack Obama Lashes Out at Trump

Barack Hussein Obama was America’s first jogger president.

Barack Obama, the Jogger-American former president, has lashed out in typical jogger fashion against Donald Trump for his idiotic response to the coronavirus flu hoax.

AP:

Former President Barack Obama harshly criticized President Donald Trump’s handling of the coronavirus pandemic as an “absolute chaotic disaster” during a conversation with ex-members of his administration, according to a recording obtained by Yahoo News.

Obama also reacted to the Justice Department dropping its criminal case against Trump’s first national security adviser, Michael Flynn, saying he worried that the “basic understanding of rule of law is at risk.”

Obama’s comments came during a Friday call with 3,000 members of the Obama Alumni Association, people who served in his administration. Obama urged his supporters to back his former vice president, Joe Biden, who is trying to unseat Trump in the Nov. 3 election.

What we’re fighting against is these long-term trends in which being selfish, being tribal, being divided, and seeing others as an enemy — that has become a stronger impulse in American life. And by the way, we’re seeing that internationally as well. It’s part of the reason why the response to this global crisis has been so anemic and spotty,” Obama said, according to Yahoo News.

Remember when Barack Obama was supposed to heal the legacy of slavery in America, and then he just made people racists by acting like a jogger and promoting a bunch of kook jogger nonsense like the Trayvon Martin hoax?

I remember.

He said change was coming to America.

Change did come – in the form of normal white Americans who previously had had no anti-jogger sentiment becoming virulent jogger haters.

Now he’s saying that America is more racist than ever and that’s why there’s a virus?

Joggers, man. They’re just stupid. Anyone who is going to completely destroy their joints and crash their testosterone and then claim the act of doing so is healthy, really can’t be trusted to give you good advice on anything, let alone run a country.

“It would have been bad even with the best of governments. It has been an absolute chaotic disaster when that mindset — of ‘what’s in it for me’ and ‘to heck with everybody else’ — when that mindset is operationalized in our government,” he said.

Trump has criticized the Obama administration in relation to his own administration’s response to the outbreak. Yet Trump’s contention that his administration inherited “a broken system and a broken test” from Obama’s is false; the novel coronavirus did not exist until late last year. In fact, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention struggled to develop its own test in January and then discovered problems in its kits in February.

Thanks for clearing that up, Associated Press.

I was wondering if the orange man was bad, but now that you’ve told me, I don’t have to wonder anymore.

White House press secretary Kayleigh McEnany did not mention Obama directly in her response to his remarks.

“President Trump’s coronavirus response has been unprecedented and saved American lives,” she said. “While Democrats were pursuing a sham witch hunt against President Trump, President Trump was shutting down travel from China.”

She added: “While Democrats encouraged mass gatherings, President Trump was deploying PPE, ventilators, and testing across the country.”

Obama has generally kept a low profile on current political events, even when Trump would disparage him or his administration on Twitter. But Friday’s call indicates that he’ll be playing an active role in the coming election. He told supporters that he would be “spending as much time as necessary and campaigning as hard as I can for Joe Biden.”

Well, I doubt he’s going to play a prominent role in electing Joe Biden, because Joe Biden appears to be on his way out. If Obama does go all the way shilling for him soon, he’s going to be asked what he thinks about the Biden rape hoax, and I’m pretty sure he doesn’t want to co-sign that. He’s already damaged his legacy by endorsing Biden at all, given that there is now virtually no chance he’s going to be the nominee. But if he goes out and defends against the rape hoax and then Biden gets shuffled out over that, it will make him look even worse.

Like all joggers, Obama cares a whole lot about his public image and that’s why he waited so long to endorse Biden in the first place. He presumably also knew there were people in the media holding this Tara Reade story (which had been public since April of 2019) and considering springing it if they got a chance to shill a better candidate.

Trump could have closed the borders completely early on. But that is literally the only thing he could have done differently, from the perspective of a hoaxer. And the Democrats were calling him a racist when he finally did close the border. At the time, Anthony Fauci was still saying no one had anything to worry about regarding coronavirus.

Of course, from the perspective of an anti-hoaxer, the Trump response has indeed been horrible.

If Obama came out and said the whole thing was a hoax and Trump was an idiot for allowing the economy to collapse and letting these governors strip everyone of their basic freedoms, I’d endorse that message. But that is the opposite of what he’s saying.

You know, it actually would have been better if this coronavirus hoax had been foisted on us during a Democrat presidency, given that you would then have 100% of Republicans saying it was a hoax instead of the 50-60% you have now.

We’re still building support for opposing the lockdown among Republicans, and it will eventually get to 100%, but they would have said it from the beginning if Obama had been in charge when this lockdown agenda was implemented. In fact, it probably would have been impossible for this to happen, due to the amount of opposition it would face.
