A sicko who tried to rape a 74-year-old woman in an elevator at the East Harlem housing project where she lives was sentenced Thursday to 15 years in prison.
Angel Hernandez, 51, pleaded guilty last year to the heinous attempted rape at the victim’s home in the Johnson Houses around 11:15 a.m. on Feb. 26, 2013.
Hernandez dragged the defenseless victim to the elevator where he ripped off her clothing.
