How can one man have so many sexual emergencies?

Voice of Europe:

An immigrant man previously convicted of rape appeared in a Dutch court on Thursday, facing three new charges of sex crimes.

Mourad T., an immigrant man who in September 2015 was sentenced to 27 months in prison for rape, appeared in court on Thursday, facing three separate charges of sex offenses, Dutch newspaper De Telegraaf reports.

In 2014, Mourad T. was arrested for the violent rape of then 16-year-old Sofie in the Dutch town of Hoorn. At the time of the rape, Mourad T. is said to have been wearing an ankle bracelet monitor that was assigned to him for a prior conviction. When he was apprehended by police for the rape, Mourad T. sprayed pepper spray in the arresting officer’s face. The following year, he was sentenced to 27 months in prison.

Less than four years later, Mourad’s DNA was collected from the victims of several assaults and rapes that took place in the Dutch town of Horn.

This Thursday, Mourad appeared in court where he will have to answer for three new sex crimes.
