Roswell: Taco Bender Turns Himself in After Fatally Shooting White Man in Alley

Jorge Luis Villa.

Ah, Roswell. The site of the 1947 UFO incident.

Imagine how much better off the US would be if it had been taken over by ayy lmaos instead of these little brown gremlins from the sewers of the world.

Roswell Daily Record:

A suspect in a Monday shooting that left one man dead turned himself over to Chaves County deputies Friday.

Jorge Luis Villa, 25, of Roswell — who was wanted on an outstanding warrant for first-degree murder, and for a felon in possession of a firearm charge — turned himself in Friday at 10 a.m. at the Chaves County Sheriff’s Office, according to a late Friday afternoon post on the Chaves County Sheriff’s Office Facebook page.

Villa was wanted as a suspect in the shooting death of Johnathan Carter, 27. Carter died Monday after he was shot in an alley near the intersection of West McGaffey Street and South Richardson Avenue.

Police reports state that Carter was shot twice: once in the lower stomach, about 2 inches below and 1 inch to the left of his naval area, and another in the left leg.

According to the Facebook post by Sheriff Mike Herrington, Villa contacted the Sheriff’s Office and notified them that he wanted to turn himself in to them.

“I advised Chief Deputy Charles Yslas to make arrangements to make that happen,” Herrington stated.

A short time later, Villa arrived and was taken into custody by deputies.
