Today Dr. Duke opened up the new year with an inspirational show featuring a poem and a song by Malukah. He talked about the importance of healthy living, but also the danger of condemning others in the movement for virtue spiraling, or attacking them over their past problems.
He brought on Don Advo, and they talked about the problem of entertainment diversions like Hollywood movies and profession sports, which sap us of our time and energy and money while infusing us with unhealthy values and inferiority complexes.
