12-Year-Old Girl Willingly Followed Two Venezuelan Migrants Under a Bridge Where They Torture-Rape-Murdered Her

The first rule of Venezuelan migrants is don’t follow them under a bridge.

The second rule of Venezuelan migrants is don’t follow them under a bridge.

New York Post:

The illegal Venezuelan migrants accused of murdering Jocelyn Nungaray in Houston lured the 12-year-old girl under a bridge, where they stripped her naked to the waist and assaulted her for two hours, disturbing new court documents allege.

Franklin Jose Pena Ramos, 26, and Johan Jose Rangel Martinez, 21, allegedly bound Jocelyn’s hands behind her back during the brutal assault, then strangled her and dumped her body in a bayou, a Harris County court heard Monday.

Pena Ramos also allegedly asked his employer at a construction site for money so he could skip town after the murder, prosecutors said, according to Fox 26 Houston.

Both men are charged with capital murder for Jocelyn’s death. Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg said prosecutors have not ruled out pursuing the death penalty in the case.

Jocelyn snuck out of her home around 10 p.m. Sunday, according to investigators.

She was later seen in surveillance footage at a local convenience store, where the suspects were seen following the girl as she walked into the store.

Jocelyn’s mother, Alexis Nungaray, said she believes her daughter was taken “advantage of” by her killers.

I’m like angry that they took advantage of her. She was so young,” the grieving mom told KHOU.

Are you angry or like angry?

Personally, I would be legit for real angry if someone torture-raped and murdered my 12-year-old under a bridge.

But the most important thing to remember is that Venezuelan migrants are really good people and making our country way more diverse so we need a lot more of them.

This dead 12-year-old is just a proverbial egg that got broken while we were making the omelet of utopia.
