32 Criminals Called the “Worst of the Worst” in Chattanooga

A recent article in the Times Free Press of Chattanooga, Tennessee published the images of what authorities called the “worst of the worst” in the town.

There is one thing in particular that is similar about all 32 of these men.  See if you can figure it out.
