As usual, many of the ads that aired during Sunday’s Super Bowl featured all sorts of Cultural Marxist insanity. Perhaps the worst example of this was the ad for 84 Lumber. The first 90 seconds of it aired on television before asking the audience to view the full version online.

The ad glorifies the idea of Mexicans entering the United States illegally. It also paints President Trump’s border wall plan in a negative light.

What’s funny is that the YouTube description claims otherwise. It says that the ad depicts the symbolic journey of a mother and daughter becoming legal American citizens. Anybody who watches it can see that this is not the case. It shows a mother and daughter hiking through all sorts of wilderness only to have their journey halted by a big wall. If they were going through a legal process they would cross a normal border checkpoint without trudging miles through the desert. There is nothing in the ad to indicate that they were trying to become legal American citizens.

It is hard to understand why a lumber company would think that making an ad like this would be good for their business. Most of their customers are probably White blue collar workers who voted for Trump. This ad is only going to piss them off. Many have already vowed to boycott the company over this and they are right to do so.

This ad was nothing but emotionally charged propaganda trying to paint illegal aliens in a positive light. We need to avoid doing business with any and all companies that push this type of nonsense.
