After Being Sued for Sexism, US Soccer Federation Reveals It Pays Women More Than Men

This is somewhat hilarious.

They sued because they weren’t being paid the same as men and it turns out they’re paid more than men.

Fox News:

The U.S. Soccer Federation released a letter from its president Monday saying that it has paid the women’s national team more than the men’s national team in recent years, a move that comes ahead of mediation in the women’s team’s pay-equity lawsuit against its employer.

The pay analysis–which U.S. Soccer president Carlos Cordeiro said was conducted by U.S. Soccer staff and reviewed by an accounting firm–will add fuel to a complex debate over how the federation has compensated its championship women’s national team.

The federation has faced increasing pressure from the public and Congress over the issue, especially since the U.S. women successfully defended their World Cup title earlier this month.

Corderio said the federation’s analysis showed that U.S. Soccer paid female players $34.1 million in salaries and game bonuses from 2010-2018, while paying the men $26.4 million during the same period. Women’s team members receive salaries plus bonuses and the men receive only bonuses, though larger ones, according to the letter.

I’m sure they’ll go through with the lawsuit and just say they should be getting double what men get, because after all, they have pussies and that makes them much more important than men.

The entire concept of this lawsuit makes no sense, however. They are suing the US Soccer Federation because they won the Women’s World Cup and got a smaller prize than the men get, and I guess they couldn’t sue FIFA, so they turned around and sued their own domestic league. It’s a kind of proxy lawsuit against FIFA.

The reason they get a smaller FIFA prize is that fewer people watch women’s soccer, so the organization makes less money on tickets and advertising. In fact, the men take in over 50 times as much money as the women. Proportionally, women in FIFA get paid more.

Forbes:

The total prize money for the Women’s World Cup in France this July will be $30 million compared with total prize money of $440 million for the men’s teams at the 2022 World Cup in Qatar.

When viewed appropriately—based on how much money they generate—women actually make more than men.

As Dwight Jaynes pointed out four years ago after the U.S. women beat Japan to capture the World Cup in Vancouver, there is a big difference in the revenue available to pay the teams. The Women’s World Cup brought in almost $73 million, of which the players got 13%. The 2010 men’s World Cup in South Africa made almost $4 billion, of which 9% went to the players.

If you can’t pay someone differently based on how much money they make you, that creates a very confusing situation.

But it isn’t worth trying to understand what the hell these bitches are on about. The bottom line is simply: “We have vaginas, give us free money.”

Women truly are niggers.
