The three evolutionary throwbacks who attacked a modern human being on a subway while he was sitting down because he was White will not be charged with a federal hate crime, because… well, no one is saying why, but it is presumably because Black people cannot be charged with hate crimes. Unless maybe it is something against a Jew.

KSDK:

A man is now charged in the brutal attack against a Metrolink rider, who was confronted about the Mike Brown case, but the suspect is not charged with a hate crime.

The St. Louis Circuit Attorney’s Office says there’s just not enough evidence to charge the African-American male suspect in the Metrolink case with a hate crime.

Twenty-year-old Ronald Williams is facing a third-degree assault charge; he’s one of two people arrested for the incident.

The other was a 15-year-old. He was wearing a red shirt at the time of the attack.

Meanwhile, Graeme Phillip Harris of Mississippi, a man who engaged in an act of political public art – which might have been trespassing or vandalism according to local laws, but involved no other crime – by hanging a rope around the neck of a statue is being charged with a federal hate crime, apparently for no other reason than because he is White.
