Amnesty Backing Off of Report on “Ukraine” Human Shields Program

The Ukraine locks people in cities and then uses residential neighborhoods to fire artillery. This has been their core combat strategy since the beginning of this stupid fake war.

Infamously, all the way back in March, the Washington Post published a piece expressing genuine concern that it would be impossible to accuse Russia of war crimes because the Ukraine uses human shields.

They were obviously attempting to be delicate, and just saying like “this is for sure going to create problems.”

The situation is so glaring and obvious, and so well known, and so openly admitted by the Zelensky regime, that Amnesty International had to say it.

But now they are… unsaying it.

RT:

Independent experts will review the bombshell Amnesty International report accusing the Ukrainian armed forces of violating humanitarian law, following a backlash from Kiev, in an effort to understand “what went wrong” with the preparation of the document.

In a statement released by its German section on Friday, the human rights watchdog said that the study of the document was “initiated at the international level,” and will examine the process by which the material was prepared and how the report was analyzed from the legal and political standpoints.

“We want to understand what exactly went wrong and why, in order to learn a lesson and improve our work in the field of human rights,” the organization said.

Amnesty International noted that “its findings were not conveyed with the delicacy and accuracy” that are expected from the organization. It also stated that its International Secretariat did not react to criticism from the international community in the correct manner.

The report, the watchdog said, also “did not pay due attention to Russian aggression in violation of international law,” adding that Amnesty condemns Moscow’s military campaign in Ukraine.

On August 4, Amnesty released a report that accused Kiev of “a clear violation of international humanitarian law,” saying it was putting civilian lives at risk by placing its military assets close to civilian infrastructure.

In 22 of the 29 schools visited by Amnesty between April and July, the human rights group said it found evidence of current or prior military activity. In five locations, they witnessed Ukrainian troops using hospitals as bases. The group also said it was “not aware” whether Ukraine tried to evacuate civilians from the areas in question.

See, they didn’t even go hardcore, at all. It is an established fact that when the Ukraine people set up military bases in schools, hospitals, and apartment buildings, they not only don’t evacuate, they tell the civilians they’re not allowed to leave.

Nonetheless, the watchdog noted that no Ukrainian troops were present in some areas where it found that Russian forces had allegedly delivered strikes on residential areas, concluding that Ukraine’s unlawful military use of civilian sites does not “in any way justify indiscriminate Russian attacks.”

So… the schools were militarized… but Russia was avoiding targeting the militarized schools and instead targeting random civilians… they were actually forgoing targeting military targets to kill random people…. because they are evil?

It’s all just ridiculous.

Even if Russia did hit targets that weren’t currently being used by the military, this would have just been an accident, because so many schools, hospitals, etc. are militarized. That is literally the only place the Ukraine military sets up bases. It is their entire war doctrine, which is the primary reason this war has taken so long – Russia is trying not to kill civilians.

What’s more: there is no motive for why Russia would want to kill civilians. This is like the most ridiculous nonsense. They expect you to believe that Russians are just metaphysically evil and just want to kill people for no reason – and also sure, the Ukrainians are setting up military bases around human shields, but Russia is just using that as an excuse for their metaphysically evil bloodlust.

Amnesty backing down on this is on par with CBS completely deleting their documentary about how only 30% of the weapons the US is sending are arriving at their destination.

It’s a joke. This whole thing is just a complete joke.

The fact that the Ukraine is continuing to conscript soldiers to be shoved into a meat grinder is the biggest war crime of all. These people are literally claiming that the Ukraine is a democracy, which is a child trannies tier hoax. The Ukraine could have ended the war at any time, they could have ended it before it started, but they demanded a right to slaughter people in the Donbass and they demanded a right to put NATO nukes on Russia’s border. So then they killed however many tens of thousands of their own people for literally no reason. They said they were sending these people to die for the right to indiscriminately murder people in the Donbass and put nukes on Russia’s border – which is a bizarre agenda, and hardly a “just war” – but that in itself was never possible.

All of this death and destruction is utterly pointless.
