When will this bitch pay for her crimes? Soon, apparently.
There’s a lot of people I hate in this world. I hate George Soros.
A filthy, manipulative Jew.
I hate Donald Glover.
Uppity, subversive negro.
I hate Gaben.
J/K bro, I love you. But please, go easy on the summer sale. I already put a second mortgage on my house for you…
But the one I hate most is definitely Yvette Felarca. Sure, she’s a horrible antifa agitator working relentlessly for the kikes to destroy the White race.
But more importantly, she’s got the worst, most punchable goblina face I’ve ever seen.
She desperately needs to be jailed for life, if only for that face. The other, lesser crimes are only icing on the cake.
A middle school teacher and prominent member of an Antifa group has been ordered to pay legal fees for a failed attempt to get a permanent restraining order against the former president of the Berkeley College Republicans at the University of California, Berkeley, according to reports.
Alameda County Superior Court Commissioner Thomas Rasch ordered Yvette Felarca, the leader of By Any Means Necessary (BAMN), an Antifa, or anti-fascist, group, to pay $10,000 in attorney’s fees and $1,100 in court fees, The Berkeleyside reported Friday. Rasch said that Felarca’s legal actions against Troy Worden, the former head of the Berkeley College Republicans, were not brought in good faith.
Felarca’s attorneys dispute that characterization, according to The Berkeleyside, and have vowed to appeal the ruling.
“By ruling that Yvette Felarca did not demonstrate good faith in filing the restraining order, the court recognized the frivolous nature of Felarca’s actions,” Mark Meuser, Worden’s attorney, said after the decision, according to The Berkeleyside. “The award of attorney fees should send a strong signal that she cannot abuse the court system to silence speech.”
Meuser testified in court that actual legal expenses were around $178,600, and that he was seeking a higher reimbursement, according to The Berkeleyside.
“This verdict was based on the judge’s decision to support the political views of Troy Worden and the alt-right and that is not acceptable,” Felarca’s attorney Shanta Driver said.
Well, paying $11k to her victim is a start. But this guy definitely needs to push for the full $178k. Felarca has a damn near bottomless pit of money backing her (in the form of the UEAA). It’s about time we started picking at it.
Other good news regarding Felarca: her appeal to have the felony charges against her dropped has been rejected, and the trial will proceed.
A California judge declined to drop felony charges against a middle school teacher-turned-Antifa leader and two other activists despite lawyers claiming the charges were part of a “witch hunt” against the educator.
Yvette Felarca, 47, the leader and spokesperson for the anti-fascist group By Any Means Necessary and a middle school teacher in Berkeley, was accused of inciting and participating in a riot in 2016 between white nationalist groups and counter-protesters.
The skirmish broke out at the state Capitol in June 2016 when more than 300 counter-protesters confronted about 30 members of the Traditionalist Worker Party, which has been called a white nationalist group.
The assault charge was filed after a video captured her hitting Nigel Walker, a member of the Traditionalist Worker Party, and calling a man a Nazi before repeatedly punching him in the stomach while shouting “get the f— off our streets,” the Daily Californian reported.
Wew. Did I say her face was her worst feature? Her voice might be even worse.
In California, felony assault can land you in jail for up to four years.
Would could wish for longer. But four years without Felarca in our lives is reason enough to celebrate.
All of these people are criminals, or at the very least degenerates and social rejects. And some intelligence agencies have already labeled antifa as “terrorist groups,” which is accurate. So it’s high time the system started cracking down on people like Yvette Felarca, who represent a genuine threat to normal Americans and their way of life.
