Ladaryl Jewayne Fisher.
In my opinion, if you are in a life or death situation where you are fighting another man (in self defense only of course) you should be going for absolute overkill.
That said, however, I question the effectiveness of using a club and a gun simultaneously. This must be an ancient form of martial arts lost to all but the most devout Kangz.
Ladaryl Jewayne Fisher, 32, was booked into the Dallas County Jail on Thursday, charged with murder in the death of Raymond Stewart, 50.
A witness in the home at 14830 Kleberg Road heard gunshots in another room around 4:45 a.m. Wednesday and went to investigate, according Fisher’s arrest warrant.
The witness saw Fisher standing in the room with a gun in one hand and a club in the other
Another witness told police he saw Fisher hitting the victim in the head with a stick and fled into a bedroom with a third witness.
Fisher later came into the bedroom with the two witnesses with a gun in his hand, the affidavit said.
Officers were not called until the next day, according to the warrant. They found Stewart inside and arrested Fisher.
