Police in Chester are looking for a registered sex offender who they say raped a 12-year-old girl.
John Henry Lowery II, 42, of Chester, is wanted by police for the incident that occurred on Nov. 3.
The victim’s mother called police to their home in Chester and told police that her daughter had been raped, according to the press release from the Chester Police Department.
The child was taken to Chester Regional Medical Center for treatment.
Police describe Lowery as a black male, 5’10” weighing approximately 150 pounds, black hair and brown eyes with numerous tattoos, according to the release.
Lowery is a registered sex offender in Chester County.
