Whenever I see some hatreds, my appetite for cereal is completely extinguished.
Breitbart News had a pretty good thing going for a while. They cornered the market on semi-edgy conservative reporting, while still being able to rake in some advertising shekels because they kept to a watered-down message and employed Jewish Faggots like MILO as plausible deniability of being Nazis.
But it seems like their gravy train is reaching the end of it’s track.
Kellogg, the food manufacturer that owns Pringles and Pop-Tarts, confirmed Tuesday that it will discontinue advertising on Breitbart.com, the far-right news and commentary site that was formerly run by a top aide of President-elect Donald Trump, Steve Bannon.
All that shilling, and you still get shoah’d. Sad.
The site has come under fire on social media in recent days as consumers, angered at what they say is its racist, sexist and anti-Semitic content, publicly name its advertisers. Bannon worked as executive chairman of Breitbart News until he left to run Trump’s campaign. He was scheduled to return to Breitbart, but earlier this month, Trump named Bannon his chief strategist, stirring more of the site’s critics to call out its content and appeal to its advertisers.
“We regularly work with our media buying partners to ensure our ads do not appear on sites that aren’t aligned with our values as a company,” Kellogg spokesperson Kris Charles in a statement. “This involves reviewing websites where ads could potentially be placed using filtering technology to assess site content. As you can imagine, there is a very large volume of websites, so occasionally something is inadvertently missed. In this case, we learned from consumers that ads were placed on Breitbart.com and decided to discontinue advertising there.“
What lying rats.
Kellogg is trying to say “oh, had we known our ads were placed on this deplorable website, we would never had tolerated it.” Of course they knew, and didn’t care, because the truth is that Breitbart is a pretty mild site, and it’s readership is a very desirable demographic for practically any advertiser.
The only reason they’re pulling out now is because some people are making a stink and Kellogg thinks those whining leftards can do more damage to their brand than the conservative readers of Breitbart.
And that may have been true in the past…
But this is 2016 – the Age of Trump.
The right’s trolling power is now greater than you can possibly imagine.
Other companies have already said on Twitter that they will stop advertising on Breitbart. They include pharmaceutical manufacturer Novo Nordisk, eyeglasses maker Warby Parker and the San Diego Zoo.
AppNexus, one of the largest online advertising networks, also blocked Breitbart News.
We have had our disagreements with Breitbart.
In fact, we are technically still boycotting the site (by refusing to link to it) due to their promotion of MILO the faggot kike as a representative of the Alt-Right.
However, when it comes to being attacked over “racist, sexist and anti-Semitic” political speech, we will stand in solidarity with Breitbart.
As such, I am calling on readers to boycott Kellogg’s brand products. Hopefully, some of the more mainstream conservative websites and pundits will join me in this call.
This is most of Kellogg’s main products. A full list is available on their site.
We in the GOP need to make a stand against these companies which think they can abuse us and face no consequences. Half the people voted for Trump – if half the nation refused to buy Kellogg’s cereal, the company’s stock would plummet.
We have to let these companies know that we have power, and won’t be pushed around.
In the larger scheme of things, helping Breitbart push back against this discriminatory political attack by an allegedly capitalist company will work for the agenda of the Daily Stormer, which has always been blacklisted by the major (and minor) advertisers.
Despite Breitbart being a basically mainstream conservative website, the fact that they are now being classified as “racist, sexist and anti-Semitic” means that anything that benefits them is ultimately going to benefit us as well.
Besides – you shouldn’t be eating cereals and snacks anyway. The Daily Stormer is an advocate of the paleo diet.
