James Fields has been unjustly charged with first-degree murder for defending himself against a mob of terrorists. What they did to his Dodge Challenger was an act of pure hate.
The government has just upgraded charges against James Fields to include a first-degree murder charge. This is retarded beyond imagination.
The alleged reckless driver who plowed his car into a crowd protesting a white nationalist rally in Charlottesville, Va. is now charged with first-degree murder, after prosecutors showed a judge surveillance video of the deadly assault.
Prosecutors announced at the start of a preliminary hearing for James Alex Fields that they were seeking to upgrade the second-degree murder charge he previously faced in the Aug. 12 collision in Charlottesville that left 32-year-old Heather Heyer dead and dozens injured. The judge agreed to that and ruled there is probable cause for all charges against Fields to proceed.
Fields’ case will now be presented to a grand jury for an indictment.
Let’s look at the definition of first-degree murder.
First-degree murder: any intentional murder that is willful and premeditated with malice aforethought. Felony murder, a charge that may be filed against a defendant who is involved in a dangerous crime where a death results from the crime, is typically first-degree.
How were they able to determine that any of this was premeditated by watching surveillance video? Does this make logical sense to anybody? A first-degree murder charge requires evidence that Fields had specifically planned to go to Charlottesville to use his Dodge Challenger to murder someone. That can’t be determined by simply viewing surveillance footage.
Now let’s look at the definition of second-degree murder.
Second-degree murder: any intentional murder with malice aforethought, but is not premeditated or planned.
Even the second-degree murder charge is ridiculous. That would imply that he intentionally killed that fat whale Heather Heyer. A notion entirely insane considering that she wasn’t even hit by the car. She died because she was a grossly obese tub of lard.
This entire situation was allowed to happen because police failed in their duties. The independent report commissioned by the Charlottesville city government even confirms this. The incident occurred hours after they declared a state of emergency effectively banning public assemblies. Police not only failed to block off this area to vehicle traffic, but they took no action to disband this assembly of violent Communist retards. These people were armed with all sorts of weapons. What were they doing still roaming the streets? It is not unreasonable to think that a driver would feel threatened by this violent mob.

3) The Traffic Plan Placed Insufficient Resources at Particular Intersections and Left the Downtown Mall Vulnerable to a Vehicle Used as a Weapon.
CPD’s traffic plan represented another misallocation of resources that had tragic consequences on August 12. Planners put unarmed civilian employees at particular intersections where violent confrontations arose. They also failed to sufficiently protect a crucial intersection, allowing a vehicle to strike a large crowd of people and cause on death and numerous injuries.
Suffice to say, this first-degree murder charge is insane. The charge is not based on facts or evidence. This is a politically motivated charge that has no basis in reality.
Look at what those evil anti-fascist terrorists did to this fine automobile. Charlottesville should immediately compensate Fields with a new 2017 Dodge Challenger. It is the police’s fault that his car was smashed up those terrorists.
What has happened to Fields is an injustice. Not only do I believe that Fields should be freed, but I believe that the Charlottesville city government should compensate Fields with a new 2017 Dodge Challenger. It should include all the best options complete with pimped out rims and shit. Xzibit should be brought on board to pimp his ride.

The police’s failure to keep the streets safe led to his fine automobile getting smashed up by a gang of Marxist terrorists. Fields at minimum deserves this compensation.
Besides, I don’t think anybody would argue that his Dodge Challenger was of greater value than the life of that fat bitch Heather Heyer. Her life was utterly worthless and devoid of meaning. There is no arguing this fact.
