In a completely insane event on Thursday in Silicon Valley, Elon Musk presented Tesla’s completely insane looking pickup truck.
I haven’t seen something this weird in weeks.
Firstly, Musk himself is a freak, who appears to be on some kind of drugs, or possibly has Asperger’s syndrome or something. He has inexplicable mannerisms and patterns of speech.
I don’t even know what to say about the way this vehicle looks.
It’s literally called “The Cybertruck.”
So this nutjob rolls the thing out on stage, starts talking about all of the features, and does a weird David Copperfield style magic show thing where he has a guy hit the car with a sledgehammer. Then he does a trick where he drops a metal ball on the glass that is allegedly used to make the windows.
Then he has a guy toss a metal ball at the window, and it breaks. So then he throws it at the other window, and that also breaks.
So the silly bastard is standing there talking about the rest of the features of the car, in front of the car that has both its windows cracked.
How does something like this happen? This company is worth billions of dollars. How did they not know the metal ball would break the windows?
I thought it was part of the bit when it first happened. I thought maybe he was going to bring out a full crew of people in magician’s assistant costumes and destroy the entire vehicle in order to prove that it was a lot of work to destroy it. That would have made more sense.
I recommend people watch the video, just because it is so weird.
There are so many completely bizarre things happening these days, that it’s hard to even catalog it all.
But this was really like: wat?
