An Antifa member killed a supporter of Your Favorite President in Denver over the weekend.
The police initially told people that he wasn’t Antifa.
That was literally the first thing they said.
Update: Further investigation has determined the suspect is a private security guard with no affiliation with Antifa. Additional information will be released as it becomes available.

They then came out and claimed that he was a professional security guard hired by the media, implying that this gave him the right to murder Trump supporters.
UPDATE 2/3: …not a protest participant. Immediately following the incident, rumors were circulating regarding the suspect’s affiliation with a particular group. Investigators are unaware of whether the suspect is personally affiliated with any political organization.

Well, it turns out both things were a lie.
He has no license to murder.
NEW: Denver Dept of Excise and Licenses confirms “there is no record for an active licensed security guard now or ever for an individual named Matthew Doloff or Dolloff. If he was operating as a security guard, he was in violation of the law”. More tonight on @CBSDenver at 10p pic.twitter.com/mFAYXZ1er5

What is false:
- He isn’t antifa
- He has an official kill license
What is true:
- He was hired by the media to kill Trump supporters.
Why do the police support Antifa so aggressively?
