Emma Sulkowicz - who has a Negroid face and a Jew name - carried around a mattress to protest getting raped, lol.

What this aggressive misogynist doesn’t understand is that even if the rape didn’t actually happen, which is knows because he didn’t do it, that is irrelevant to this poor victim’s suffering.

CNN:

A Columbia University student who was accused of rape is suing the New York City school for allowing his accuser to publicly brand him a “serial rapist”

According to the lawsuit, Paul Nungesser was cleared of responsibility in Emma Sulkowicz’s 2013 rape claim, as well as others that came to light after Sulkowicz went public with her allegations in various media interviews.

Her case drew national attention after she started carrying a mattress around campus to protest the school’s handling of the complaint, saying she hoped to show how “flawed” the university disciplinary system is when it comes to sexual misconduct cases.

CNN does not usually name individuals in sexual assault cases, but in this instance, both parties have spoken publicly about their experience. They have also both said in separate interviews with The New York Times that Nungesser was cleared of responsibility in a disciplinary hearing.

Nungesser, an international student from Germany, filed a federal discrimination lawsuit last week against the school; its president, Lee Bollinger; and the visual arts professor who oversaw Sulkowicz’s mattress project, “Carry That Weight,” as part of her senior thesis.

The lawsuit alleges the defendants violated Nungesser’s right to an education free of gender-based discrimination by allowing Sulkowicz to speak out against him after he had been cleared of wrongdoing. During an April 2014 news conference at Columbia University, Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand stood alongside Sulkowicz as she called Nungesser a “serial rapist” and said she fears for her safety while he’s still on campus.

The harassment continued, the lawsuit claims, when Columbia visual arts professor Jon Kessler let Sulkowicz “transform her personal vendetta” into a “Columbia-sponsored calumny” by supporting “Carry That Weight” for her senior thesis, allowing her to earn school credit through “this outrageous display of harassment and defamation.”

Bollinger also commented on the case in a 2014 New York Magazine profile of Sulkowicz, now a senior at Columbia.

As Nungesser is definitely a German, Sulkowicz being a Jew would definitely make this all the more interesting.

Yes, Salon, it does sound incredibly familiar. A woman falsely accuses a White man of rape - why have I heard this story so many times?

For those who haven’t been following Mattressgate, here’s Wikipedia’s description of this surreal event:

Mattress Performance (Carry That Weight) is a work of endurance performance art[1] by Emma Sulkowicz, an American fourth-year visual arts major at Columbia University in New York City who has alleged that she was raped in her dorm room by fellow fourth-year student and German national, Paul Nungesser.

Initiated in September 2014 for her senior thesis, the work of performance art involves Sulkowicz carrying a mattress wherever she goes on campus, to protest what she describes as Columbia University’s mishandling of her sexual assault complaint. Sulkowicz says she will continue carrying the mattress as long as she is attending school with the student she alleges sexually assaulted her.

Mattress Performance (Carry That Weight) has received recognition and praise from art critics as well as feminist organizations. Other commentators have criticized the work as unfair to Nungesser. Sulkowicz’s performance art prompted Senator Kirsten Gillibrand to invite her to the 2015 State of the Union Address to bring attention to the issue of campus rape. The performance and its ensuing controversy have sparked activism across the United States and abroad.

The accused student, Paul Nungesser was found not responsible by a university inquiry and the police declined to pursue an investigation. He has called Sulkowicz’s allegations “untrue and unfounded” and has described her mattress piece as an act of bullying intended to force him to leave Columbia. He has filed a sexual discrimination lawsuit against Columbia University, its board of trustees, its president Lee Bollinger, and Sulkowicz’s supervising art professor Jon Kessler alleging their negligence in preventing his harassment.

Hmmm…

Does Emma Sulkowicz look like the kind of woman you or any other man would want to have sex with?  Even if she was all up on you like “gimmie summa dat u manly German man u”?  Look at how fat her legs are in comparison to the size of her butt, for instance.  She also has an under-bite and the face of a monkey.

The entire global feminist movement organized in support of this woman, after a judge dismissed the case, because they believe whenever a woman says a rape happened it must be treated as true fact.

A judge found that her case had no merit.  I find no merit in the theory anyone wants to have sex with this woman, especially not a German exchange student who was presumably tall and handsome with open options.

This woman should be in prison.  And then she should be deported to Israel or Malaysia or wherever the hell she came from.  German student should be given a purple heart for injuries while fighting the war against feminism.
