Fat Shaming Saves Lives

If something is bad for you, you can be sure Jews are promoting it

Fat people are disgusting, and you’re actually doing them a favor by reminding them of that.

Metro:

Tinder matches can sometimes be awful.

When Hannah Bean, a woman from Perth, Australia, was excitedly meeting up with someone she met on the dating app, she didn’t expect it to go so horribly.

The 23-year-old, who weighed 27 stone (170kg) at the time, had been speaking to him regularly via video chat, telephone calls and text messages for three months before they finally decided to meet in person.

This is what the grotesque parody of a walrus looked like:

Imagine being in your 20s and weighing 170 kilograms (375 pounds).

Just so we’re clear how fat that is – Nikolai Valuev, the heaviest and tallest boxing champion in history, had a peak weight of 149 kilograms (328 pounds).

And I’m sure this bitch isn’t over 2 meters tall.

Being her very first Tinder date, Hannah was a ‘bundle of nerves’ but extremely excited to meet the mystery man – but was horrified when her date did a no-show.

Instead, the man left her a text message, saying: ‘I walked in and you look nothing like your photos. Do yourself a favour, eat a salad and lose some weight.’

Even better advice would’ve been “don’t eat anything for a while, live off your lard for six months or so.”

Since then Hannah stayed off Tinder for a long time and instead began focusing on her own journey of self-love, mental wellness and weight loss.

Two out of those 3 things don’t mean anything at all.

Still, you have to commend her for not molesting people’s eyeballs with her barrel-shaped body and actually doing something.

In the process, she lost an incredible 13 stone (86kg) and feels much happier and confident in herself. She has also started dating again.

She’s actually still fat, but considering where she started from, it’s a major improvement.

Notice the thingy on her knee. Most likely, no one told her that when you’re fat, you’re supposed to do low-impact exercises, so you don’t fuck up your knees.

Hannah, who plans to study paramedic science, said: ‘I was so ashamed and embarrassed. I started crying right there in the café.

Good.

Hannah explained that she had ‘always been overweight’ ever since she was a child and was bullied throughout school due to her size.

You would’ve been better off if those kids had done their job right.

In her late teens, Hannah’s poor eating habits caught up with her – with doctors warning she would not live another two years if she continued to gain weight.

Those doctors were probably fatphobic or something.

Everyone knows being obese has nothing to do with your health.

Faced with this harsh reality, Hannah knew she had to make a real change and in 2016 she completely overhauled her diet and began working out regularly at the gym.

Hannah added: ‘I was having a lot of health problems. I had high blood pressure and was pre-diabetic. I hated the body that I was in. It was a massive turning point for me.

‘I started eating healthier meals that were mostly keto-inspired, which meant they were high-protein and low-carb.

‘I started going to the gym and doing cheerleading to get extra exercise. The weight started melting off.’

After losing eight stone, naturally through diet and exercise, Hannah said she reached a plateau – so opted for to undergo gastric band surgery in 2018, which helped her lose another stone over the next seven months.

Doesn’t say anything about fasting, which is dumb.

Fasting is objectively the best way to lose weight, and to be healthy in general.

Ideally, you’d want to do either intermittent fasting or a 24-36 hour water fast every week (I do the latter), both of which are very easy to do once you actually start doing them.

Of course, if you’re obese, you should probably consider going much longer than that, which is perfectly healthy if you take some basic, very cheap supplements and ask a doctor to keep an eye on you.

Remember: when kikes promote obesity as being normal, and try to convince you that letting people eat themselves to death is somehow being nice, they’re doing it because they hate you.

Losing weight isn’t really complicated at all – fast, work out, cut the junk food, eat a high protein/low carb diet, try to sleep better and you’ll lose weight in no time, even if you’re one of the few people who has a legitimate hormonal problem that makes losing weight harder than it should be.

The real hurdle is psychological, because most people are naturally lazy and dumb, and that’s why societal pressure – “fat shaming” – is so important.

There is never any excuse for not trying to better yourself.
