Global Pressure Mounts on Biden to Ban Russia from SWIFT, Exploding Global Energy Costs

Russian soldiers are taking time out of their busy day of fighting to try to explain things to idiot women. I would have smashed that woman in the face with the butt of my rifle, and I’m not even evil. How are the Russians evil? 

The fighting in Kiev is ongoing. Fox News is saying that the Ukrainians are so spirited that they’re really holding it down, but actually, Russia is just being really careful not to destroy infrastructure or kill civilians. So it’s taking a minute.

NATO is threatening to go in, but they won’t. They’ll send weapons that the Ukrainians will just stockpile and sell.

The bigger issue of interest is whether or not the West goes ahead and implements the suicide sanctions – in particular, the SWIFT ban.

It’s now looking like they’re going to do that. Boris Johnson and Justin Trudeau have both endorsed it.

Joe Biden is now being pressured into this.

The Republicans are going nuts demanding it.

That cocksucker Grenell is saying that it would be America First to raise global energy prices – maybe double them – to save democracy in the Ukraine.

The Democrats are making the same demands on Biden.

As far as Democrats – they don’t actually seem to understand what this means.

The Republicans probably do understand what it means.

It doesn’t just mean that the lights go off in Germany – although it does mean that.

It means that all global energy prices rise to levels never seen in history. Immediately. It means that Russia is unable to sell any energy to anyone other than China and Iran.

(The SWIFT system is the way that trade is conducted internationally, using the dollar as the global trade currency. There isn’t really another way to transfer money – other than Bitcoin, I guess.)

I don’t know how much gas will cost if these sanctions are implemented. But I would think it would at least double.

Is that a price that Americans are willing to pay for some conflict in Eastern Europe that probably 99% of them couldn’t even begin to explain?

I think it’s funny.

It’s going to hurt America and the West a lot more than it hurts Russia. China has already said they’ll continue to side with Russia, so Russia is still going to be able to sell gas.

The Biden Administration is saying that they are differing to Germany on the issue right now, but with the whole “free world,” and both Democrats and Republicans calling for the SWIFT sanctions, it looks like it will probably happen.

There is no rational voice on the issue, other than Germany, because no joke – their lights are going to go out.

I guess Americans will lose weight. They’re going to be doing a lot more walking.
